ColorScrap is a web-based application that provides color palette extraction and creation services. The Service includes:

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account using Google OAuth authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
• You are responsible for all content posted under your account
• You must not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Content Removal

ColorScrap Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user content), features, and functionality are owned by ColorScrap and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

User Rights

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include:

• Modifying or copying the Service's materials
• Using the materials for commercial purposes
• Attempting to reverse engineer any software
• Removing any copyright or proprietary notations

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. COLORSCRAP EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL COLORSCRAP, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or without interruption. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
